СПОСОБ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЯ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗА НА ЖИВОТНЫХ
Abstract
Relevance. Animal models play an important role in the study of diseases, including atherosclerosis. The article presents the results of reproducing the model of atherosclerosis and studying the biochemical parameters of the blood of experimental animals. Methods. Studies were conducted on a model of atherosclerosis in rabbits using the drug Sepid 10% at a dose of 0.5 ml/kg with the addition of ergocalciferol. Results. The results of modeling the process of atherosclerosis for 3 months showed pronounced changes in the parameters of lipids in the blood of rabbits. The high content of triglycerides, total cholesterol and lipoproteins of various fractions was accompanied by an increase in fibrinogen, platelets; after 2 months of inoculation of atherogenic substances to animals in the experimental group, the PT index decreased by 16%, APTT - by 63%, the time of plasma recalcification decreased by 60%. Thrombin time decreased by 27%, and after 3 months by 293% in relation to the outcome (23.6±1.8 seconds), which indicates signs of blood hypercoagulation. The content of 0-cholesterol increased by 72 - 55%, TG - by 145%, LDL - by 169-85%, HDL increased by 8-46%. Conclusions. The results of modeling the process of atherosclerosis for 3 months showed pronounced changes in the parameters of lipids in the blood of rabbits, which indicates the formation of the process of atherosclerosis in animals.
