Abstract

Abstract Radical chain copolymerization of acrylil and methacrylil chlorides and vinyl acetate and vinyl pyrrolidone in presence of azobisisobutyronitrile allowed estimation of copolv‐merization constants. Besides, chloroanhydrides were shown to be reactive during this process. Later it was shown that in the case of vinylacetates the reaction is governed by the laws of a typical vinyl copolymerization, while the chloroanhydride‐vinyl pyrrolidone system can be characterized by certain stable relations. The formation and structural pecularities of such a compound as well as details of the process were explained by the fact of their participation in the reaction.
