Abstract
Melting diagrams of the systems n-D2-Ne and n-H2-Ne are measured in the low neon concentration domain. Both diagrams are eutectic in nature. It is established on the basis of the results obtained and of data about the system H2-He that neon and helium dissolution in liquid hygrogen causes a reduction in the solidification temperature, but the effect is slight because of the low equilibrium solubility of the impurities.
