Abstract
The temperature dependence of electrical resistivity in four specimens of vanadium with δ0=R0/R293=6.6⋅10−4−4.4⋅10−2 was studied in the temperature range 4.2−47 °K. It was found that from 4.2 to 22 °K ρ(T)∼T3 and in the range 22−58 °K ρ(T)∼α T2 + βT4 or ρ(T)∼ T3.75−3.4. In low purity specimens deviations from Mathiessen’s law were observed, increasing with growth in temperature and relative residual resistivity δ0.
