Abstract

An exactly soluble model of a disordered spin system with an infinite interaction range is proposed. The model has a phase transition to the spin glass state in which the macroscopic magnetization vanishes while the magnetic moments of separate domains are nonzero. The quantum version of the model exhibits a realistic heat capacity behavior at low temperatures.
