Abstract
NMR spectra of magnetite recorded at helium temperatures are used to construct a model of the ionic ordering in which a characteristic feature is the appearance of ordering along the three axes of the low-temperature cell. It is shown that ions of divalent iron have different spin densities at the nuclei.
