Abstract

The Brandt, Gitsu, Nikolaeva and Ponomarev experiments1,2 are analyzed from the “flux quantization” viewpoint in the normal state.3 It seems that such effects can also appear in another system, on surface electrons over a liquid superfluid helium film in which a sufficiently long electron mean free path l ≥ 10−3 cm can be realized according to existing data. 4
