Abstract

It is shown that under the conditions of “coherent” magnetic breakdown, when the relative broadening of magnetobreakdown energy levels is slight, substantial deviations from Ohm’s law already occur at the low electrical field intensities ℰ ∼ 10−4−10−6 cgs esu, and a negative-slope section appears on the current-voltage characteristics in a number of cases.
