Abstract

Spin–spin interactions of Cu2+−Cu2+ impurity pairs were studied by the EPR technique. The angular dependence of the position of the EPR spectral lines of Cu2+−Cu2+ pairs in a magnetic field served as the basis for determining the form of the spin Hamiltonian Hij which describes the interactions of exchange–coupled pairs as well as for finding the parameters of the magnetic dipole–dipole and isotropic exchange interactions of nearest–neighbor Cu2+ions in the crystal.
