Abstract

Measurements were made of the density of the normal component of He3–He4 solutions with He3 concentrations up to 13% at elevated pressures up to 20 atm. Measurements were performed at constant solution density over the temperature range from 0.4 °K to Tλ. The density dependence of the He3 quasiparticle effective mass was determined at elevated pressure.
