Abstract
The luminescence spectra and its excitation in a quasi-one-dimensional antiferromagnet CsMnCl3⋅2H2O are investigated in a broad temperature range (2−300 °K). The features detected in the spectra obtained are explained by localization of the electron excitation in CsMnCl3⋅H2O which is due to singularities in its crystal magnetic structure.
