Abstract
The intensity of the partial components of a heterocontact spectrum is found to depend on the resistance R0 of the heterocontact. This dependence is explained by the different contributions of the electrodes (Cu and Zn single crystals) of the heterocontact to the effective volume of phonon generation. The energy range above ℏωmax, where ωmax is the spectrum edge, is also studied.
