Abstract
It is shown that measurement of the frequency shift and width of the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) line of negative ions in liquid helium makes possible verification of the hypothesis of closeness of liquid He3 to the antiferromagnetic transition point as predicted in Refs. 1, 2.
