Abstract

The problem of nonlinear relaxation of quasiparticles to a nonequilibrium stationary state in superconducting films of an S-I-S tunnel junction when the nonequilibrium effects between the electron- and hole-like excitations can be neglected is solved by numerical methods. The case of strong injection when the value of the distribution function fϵ in the injection domain is of the order of unity is considered.
