Abstract
The structure of electron−ripplon conductivity resonances of a two-dimensional electron crystal at the free surface of liquid helium is studied theoretically under inhomogeneous conditions and in the presence of a constant magnetic field. Conditions are found for which different mechanisms of resonance anomalies in the energy loss rate are essential. The influence of the magnetic field on the low-frequency coupled states of the electron crystal is studied.
