Abstract

The possible transitions under the action of an external magnetic field between different types of self-localized states of electrons in a classical homopolar medium are investigated. The realization of these processes can be expected in inert gas crystals or in dense gaseous helium with electrons injected into them. The transitions should be accompanied by such effects as the emission of ultrasound, a sharp change in the mobility, etc.
