Abstract
The influence of the quantity and morphology of the normal phase on the mechanical and superconducting properties of lead– cadmium alloys is investigated. The influence of aging on the magnitude of the yield point and the hysteresis of the magnetization curves of a lead—3.3 wt.% cadmium alloy, as well as directionally and volume crystallized eutectic alloys of this same system, is investigated.
