Abstract

A simple method is proposed for creating thin film structures with alternating superconducting and normal films. The temperature dependence of the excess resistance of a system of S–N boundaries is investigated, and it is shown that the Artemenko–Volkov theory in the variant that includes the difference between the conductivities of the superconducting and normal metals explains the experimental results quite well.
