Abstract

Abstract T1H3(SeO3)2 crystal has been grown for the first time, and Some of its properties have been measured in the range of 10–293K. Two phase transitions have been found: T αβ = Tβα =56.4K and Tβγ= 51.6K (Tγβ =52.9K). Crystal structure of α -phase has been determined (P 212121, z = 4). A conclusion is made that γ-phase is segnetoelectric.
