Abstract

The ordering of a quantum lattice gas is considered in the case when the nonequilibrium potential contains terms of odd orders. The phase diagram is obtained for a model that correctly describes the phase transitions from the crystalline to the liquid state and to the superconducting state as first-order transitions. We investigate the possible existence of an anti-isostructural phase in which the partial diagonal (crystalline) order and the nondiagonal order have the same symmetry, which corresponds to k≠0. This phase has been found not to exist in the model under consideration.
