Abstract

High-temperature oscillations (HTO) in bismuth doped with tellurium and in bismuth–antimony alloys doped with tellurium and tin are studied. It is shown that the period of the oscillations, associated with a given group of charge carriers, is determined by the Fermi energy of both the electrons and the holes.
