Abstract
We have studied transitions to the superconducting and charge-density wave (CDW) states as well as antiferromagnetic transitions in systems containing local triplet pairs. In a self-consistent field approximation we calculate the corresponding transition temperatures. It is shown that application of a magnetic field leads to a splitting of the transition to the superconducting state. We consider the possibility of the existence of several phases. We obtain the temperature for the transition to a mixed antiferromagnetic-CDW state. The entire phase diagram of the system is constructed.
