Abstract

The point-contact spectra of the heterocontacts PrNi5−Me (Me = Cu,Ag,Au). The significant asymmetry of the spectra of the heterocontacts, observed for the first time, in the ballistic state of electron transit is explained by the kinetics of the nonequilibrium quasiparticles (phonons and excitons) on the interface between the electrodes in contact. In the diffusion state this effect is not observed.
