Abstract

The temperature dependence of the field of the transition into the spin-flop phase is studied for the quasi-two-dimensional antiferromagnet BaMnF4. The field of the spin-flop transition at zero temperature, the coordinates of the bicritical point, and other parameters are determined. The position of the boundary between the collinear and paramagnetic phases is predicted.
