Abstract

A model of the superconducting transition in a system of interacting narrow- and wide-band carriers is proposed. It is shown in the self-consistent field approximation that the transition occurs for repulsion between the narrow-band carriers at one site as well as for attraction if it does not exceed a certain critical value.
