Abstract

Features associated with electron–phonon interaction (EPI) have been found in the second derivative of the current–voltage characteristic (CVC) of pressed point contacts of degenerate n - and p-type germanium, while the first derivative of the CVC of contacts of p-type germanium has a maximum at an energy close to the Fermi energy.
