Abstract

The relation between the external force and crystal parameters during the excitation of nonlinear magnetization waves is determined. The excitation of solitons by an external, spatially nonuniform magnetic field in easy-plane ferromagnets and by light in rare-earth orthoferrite is considered. Corresponding experimental techniques are proposed.
