Abstract

The version of the microscopic theory of superconductivity proposed here is based on the generalized Hubbard model, which takes into account the repulsion of electrons at one site and attraction electrons at the neighboring sites. The critical superconducting transition temperature in this model is a nonmonotonic function of the carrier concentration.
