Abstract
The effect of an electromagnetic field on the phase-slip centers (PSC) induced by the passage of a direct current is studied under conditions of stimulation and suppression of superconductivity. It is shown that for radiation power exceeding a certain critical value, PSC characterized by a zero mean supercurrent are induced in the superconducting channel.
