Abstract

Tunnel structures of Pb-YBCO films have been prepared by vacuum evaporation. Resonance-type peculiarities observed in their spectra are apparently due to the decay of Cooper pairs. The energy gap in YBCO films is found to be 2Δ = 31.6−34.2 meV (5.4−5.9 Tc).
