Abstract

The peculiarities of low-frequency internal friction (LFIF) in hydrogen and neon cryocrystals are studied. The anomalous behavior of LFIF in H2 and Ne is observed in contrast to the behavior of Ar at low temperatures. This is apparently due to substantial quantum effects in these crystals.
