Abstract

A modification of elastic waves propagating near a heterojunction is analyzed on the basis of the system of equations of low-frequency dynamics for solid-state structures containing a 2D conducting layer in a strong magnetic field. The arrangement of a 2D conducting channel near the free surface of a crystal and in its bulk are also considered.
