Abstract
It is shown that non-Josephson generation in resistive superconducting films is associated with the bremsstrahlung of quasi-particles of a definite energy ϵ1, scattered by the perturbation of the nondiagonal potential Δ˜. Electrons acquire the energy ϵ1 after multiple Andreev scattering at the “phase boundaries” of the phase slip centers.
