Abstract

Temperature dependences of the Mössbauer spectrum parameters for 57Fe impurity in YBa2Cu3O7−δ are studied in the temperature range from 20 to 300 K. Anomalies in the temperature behavior of areas and thermal shifts of subspectra corresponding to the positions of Cu1 and Cu2 are observed. The results are explained by changes in the population density of oxygen positions O(4) and O(5).
