Abstract

AFMR (antiferromagnetic resonance) measurements of the two-dimensional AFM (antiferromagnet) (C2H5NH3)2MnCl4 have been carried out at low temperatures T < 2.2 K in the 4 mm-waveband. A nonlinear excitation of the AFMR, leading to instabilities characteristic of a two-dimensional AFM, is observed.
