Abstract

The temperature dependence of the energy gap Δ of the high-temperature superconducting ceramic Bi2Sr2.33Ca0.67Cu2Ox and its magnitude (2Δ(0)/kTc = 3.4–5.7) are determined by using a point contact formed between Nb and the superconductor.
