Abstract
Проведена идентификация и сравнительный анализ ряда вторичных метаболитов в культурах тканей и клеток хлопчатника вида Gossypium arboreum L. Обнаружено, что изученные суспензионные культуры более богаты, чем каллусные культуры, наличием стигмастерина, фукостерина, сложных эфиров стеринов и тритерпеноидов, а также примесью амирина, и возможно, убихинона-9.
