Abstract

The electron energy spectrum of metaloxide superconductors is analyzed proceeding from their crystalline structure. It is shown that the band spectrum of these compounds has a number of peculiarities. The relation between the model under consideration and the models of narrow-band superconductors/V. P. Galaiko, Fiz. Nizk. Temp. 13, 1102 (1987)/and local pairs/I. O. Kulik, Fiz. Nizk. Temp. 13, 879 (1987)/is investigated.
