Abstract

An analysis of the temperature dependence of the resistivity ρ(T) for alloys of the Ni–Cr–Fe system reveals that at T ≃100–300 K, the resistivity ρ changes linearly with temperature. Such a dependence ρ(T) can be explained by the phonon mechanism of conduction electron scattering taking into account the s- and d- charge carriers. The concentration dependence of the slope of straight lines ρ(T) is determined by the corresponding dependence of the density of electron states of these alloys.
