Abstract

The spatial distribution of superconducting parameters of YBa2Cu3O7–x films deposited on SrTiO3 substrates is studied by the low-temperature laser microscopy scanning technique. It is shown that the modem level of HTS film preparation technology makes it possible to produce high-sensitivity elements for use in competitive IR radiation detectors with extensive functional capabilities.
