Abstract

Peculiarities of the temperature dependence of the parameters of HTS-based Josephson junctions are investigated. It is found that the weak bond in these junctions is provided through the semiconducting barrier layer. The obtained experimental results are compared with various theoretical models of Josephson junctions in the framework of the BCS theory.
