Abstract
The resonance effect produced by a varying magnetic field parallel to the constant field on a two-sublattice spin chain with biaxial magnetic anisotropy is studied theoretically. It is shown that the system does not exhibit a parametric instability. The absorbed power is determined and the resonance frequency-field dependences are investigated.
