Abstract
The low-frequency dynamics of a lattice containing two-parametric substitutional impurities is studied over a wide concentration range. The restrictions for the method of coherent potential are considered, and analytic expressions for the concentration dependence of low-temperature heat capacity are derived. The results of the analysis are illustrated by numerical calculations of the change in the vibrational spectrum due to two-parametric substitutional impurities.
