Abstract
A systematic investigation of current (voltage) jumps and hysteresis singularities in IVC of various types of contacts with Bi-based HTS compounds has been carried out. Measurements were made over a wide range of temperatures (1.6–200 K) and rf radiation frequencies (0–80 GHz). The obtained results are explained by using the thermal model.
