Abstract

The thermo-stimulated luminescence (TSL) of CaSO4 phosphors is investigated under long-wave photostimulation when direct ionization of the lattice or recombination centres is not possible. The results are discussed on the basis of a two-stage photoexcitation (PE) scheme. The scheme predicts non-monotonous dependences of the light sum of TSL on time or PE intensity under some experimental conditions. This is confirmed in the experiment. Some parameters of the electron traps are measured as well. [Russian Text Ignored].
