Abstract
Uniform (q = 0) and well-defined spin-wave excitations of the type of spin waves with frequency ω and damping coefficient γ ≪ ω are discovered in an insulating Eu2CuO4 crystal in the microwave region in zero external magnetic field in a wide temperature range including temperatures much higher than the Néel temperature TN. It is shown that the existence of such types of excitations in the spin subsystem can be due to the effect of random Ising fields emerging in the orbital subsystem in the orbital glass state.
