Abstract
The tritium production rate and its distribution, in a 6LiD semisphere on a critical assembly neutron source are measured with a 6Li sandwich gold-silicon surface barrier detector. Then tritium production rate and the average tritium production length of the neutrons in the whole 6LiD sphere are derived from approximate sphere symmetry.
