Spectroscopic Study of Mechanical Destruction of Polymers

Abstract

The influence of the mechanical destruction on the supramolecular organization changes of polymers was examined. Infrared spectra of polyvinyl alcohole, terylene and Raman spectra of the system polystyrene-benzene were investigated. It is shown that mechanochemical processes lead both improvement and breach initial structure
