Abstract

The basic principle of soft X-ray power meter is introduced in the paper and the experimental process and the result of thin plastic scintillator linear luminescence under intense soft X-ray irradiation are described.A range of flux density of energy for thin plastic scintillator linear luminescence under intense soft X-ray irradiation is included.The upper limit of the flux density is 1.47×10~5 W/cm~2.
