Recent Development of Absorption and Separation Materials with Amidoxime Group

Abstract

Amidoxime resin is the best uranium absorption material in the sea water due to its special structure of functional group and excellent absorption property. The recent work on the synthesis of amidoixme groups on the different raw materials using preirradiation or chemistry grafting methods is reviewed. And the irradiation technique in the synthesis of new functional material is also forecasted.
